As a Platinum Sponsor at this year's SuiteWorld in Las Vegas, Bill aimed to showcase both the Accounts Payable/Receivable (AP/AR) and the Spend & Expense facets of their business, actively encouraging attendees to visit their booth and schedule product demos.

SuiteWorld traditionally sees Bill employing a diverse array of media strategies to enhance their presence. These include LinkedIn InMail Ads, Thought Leadership Ads, pre- and post- event email campaigns, display ads, hosting a field event, operating a VIP lounge, and crafting creative for OOH.

Recognizing that competition intensifies each year, I advocated for a shift from their standard, predictable trade show approach to a more strategic allocation of our media buying.

One commonality among nearly all attendees, is their need to travel to the event by air. Rather than waiting for their arrival at the convention center, we engaged them immediately upon landing with strategically placed OOH ads. These ads informed them that many businesses have already chosen Bill for financial automation and they should, too. 

Beyond the airport, we also extended our presence by taking over bus shelters along the Las Vegas Strip, thereby reinforcing our partnerships with other enterprises and highlighting our product-centric messaging.
