I joined Shopify to explore the digital world of e-commerce and product development. My first task was to build a new brand for fast & free 2-day delivery, Shop Promise. It offers clear delivery dates, easy returns, and extends to platforms like Google and Facebook, with no additional costs.
After successfully launching Shop Promise, my responsibilities and team expanded to include the redesign and launch of Markets Pro, Taxes, and the Shipping portfolio.
Later on, I was promoted to lead creatively the Shop team. Specifically, the Shop app and its sub-brands, including Shop Pay and Shop AI with a team of 10+ designers, content designers, production, motion and UX.

My initial task at Shopify was to build an entire new brand from scratch, in parallel to the product design. The brand focuses on offering fast & free 2-day delivery to Shopify merchants so they can keep building customers’ trust. And what better way to earn their trust than delivering on that promise. Enter Shop Promise: the best way to earn trust with billions of buyers. Not only does the service provide clear delivery dates and easy returns, it also extends beyond their own stores to surfaces like Google, Facebook, Instagram and #Shop. Best of all, merchants data is theirs and theirs alone; and there are no additional or monthly subscription costs for customers.

Markets is one of the most important products Shopify offers. It allows merchants to sell their products around the world while we handle all the complexities like taxes, currency exchanges, translations, market-specific content, etc. It’s a beast of a product, and landing on a robust yet simple landing page was not an easy task. In fact we had to re-do it multiple times until we finally landed on the visuals below.
